Random thoughts

Hola! 

Sometimes, when it is late at night, i feel like writing a blog post. Have loads of random thoughts from last year...but as we know, banyak sangat tragedi yg berlaku in 2014..the creativity was stifled.

Anyway, nak cerita pasal food. I stumbled upon goreng pisang cheese at least half a decade ago in Medan. Masa makan tu rasa...wow..! What not to like? Goreng pisang? Suka. Cheese? Gua hantu cheese. Tambah coklat pulak...Heavenly sungguh! Then, mid of last year when i was in Kuching, went to this unassuming little cafe near Pullman Hotel for its ayam penyet. Had gpc for dessert...the best gpc i've had so far! Large, crispy pisang goreng...if you're in Kuching, go visit De Monas cafe.

Then....tetiba gerai gpc muncul so near to my office! Bukan satu, tapi tiga! If sesiapa lalu dekat TPCA (old stadium) near HKL, cari gerai 1001. Tak ingat harga...RM7 rasanya. Pisang disusun 2 tingkat. With generous amount of cheese n choc rice, oreo, cornflakes ...whatever takes your fancy. Adik yg membuatnya pun so peramah. I cakap kat dia klau bawak tupperware sendiri harus dibagi 2 gpc free..save the earth gittew..so uols, bawak bekas sendiri ye...and cakap kat dia acik kereta kumbang merah said so...hihi...pepandai je i!

I ordered this cake for MG's birthday. Uols tak rasa i ni menghiburkan hati ke??? Well, the kids potong stim. Depa heran why i would want to put a pic of a fat person on the cake. Duh! Baby X tanya why don't i want Frozen's Elsa or Winx Club ke...hmm...klau ikut citarasa daddynya, i rasa tukang buat cake tu mungkin tak sanggup kut nak cope dgn cake yg x -rated. Little D langsung tak makan kek tu pasal dia 'jijik' katanya....ikut sapalah anak aku ni prude sangat...not that i mind at all...bigger share for me and her dad. Pastu, came my birthday MG bagi i SR je uols! Selalu tu ada jugak from Slice of Heaven..but last year SR je! Sampai hati! And then he couldn't understand kenapa i sentap, boleh?? So sentap to the extent that colleagues at work pulak yg pi belikan red velvet cheese cake from SOH..diva sangat! Anyway, sayang sangat kat diorg.
