So we went to one house yesterday, after giat bersopping utk anak2. Surprisingly, since there weren't that many people around, we were done within one hour. Pak nya cakap, eh awal lagi! MG tried to talk me into going to Isetan, dia kata banyak choice. I said, utk baju bebudak, S0g0's the best - semua jenis ada..murah, mahal...but mana kelasss utk laki tu kan. Sebab tu lah cepat because dia tak merewang sama pi cari barangan dia (btw, he got his sopping fix the day before. Balik rumah dgn cobaan menyorokkan beg kertas republik pisangnya. Hishhh! Kalau sopping bagilah laki i. Masa balik kg i, sikit dia tak keluar rumah...dok bertapa dlm bilik cam pengantin baru. Balik rumah je, tu dia! Cam anak kambing lepas kandang). We had lunch at SR because baby X wanted *'scabeti'. Pastu tukar fikiran nak lasagne. Paknya dok eyeing kedai kopi Capitol across the road, ngidamkan rojak mamak. I wouldn't mind plain roti bakar kaya - after all sorts of oily, spicy food yg masuk ke perut masa raya, obviously now perut meragam. Dulu2 i always wonder why my dad banyak sangat food yg dia tak boleh enjoy - no sayur2 kampung, padahal dia budak kampung.No pulut, no asam2, no chilies, no fermented stuff and the list goes on and on. Makan je perut angin but i thought it was more in his head. Now i AM my father! Mesti kaffarah ni...
Anyway, that particular SR punya food was awful! The kids lasagne was just plain cheese and ....oil...oily gila! No layers in between. I thought Domino's was better even though cinonet je. My fish and chips tasted like they were fried in minyak yg dah tengit. Only MG had no complaints with his 'fish' something..tak ingat what he had. The service was slow...we waited more than 30 mins for the food to be delivered. My pepsi was flat even though baru keluar dari can (possible ke?). Bad dining experience...should have gone to Capit0l and biarlah anak2ku punya hidung kembang kempis - restoran kena at least air cond ye...hish bebudak sekarang!
My head jadi lagi weng lepas makan kat SR tu..when we got to our sedara's house, i terus masuk toilet and muntah balik all the food..fuh! Lega! As Miss AA would know, i have this tabiat kalau kepala weng je, it can be fixed with purging. Then terus ok..got rid of those awful food and replenish with delicious laksa and kuih suji Brunei. I baru first time makan kuih ni and i thought, wuiiii..sedapnya! Why have i not come across it before? Kat habis setengah balang la kuih makcik tu...nak put the blame on the kids pun tak boleh because they were no where near the balang2 kuihs. Regarding purging ni kan, baby X pun jenis cam i. Kalau muka dia dah semacammm je, pas tu mesti dia cakap kat i, mummy, nak pi muntah. 2 minit pas tu muka terus ceria..memula i ingat laa...peliknya anak aku ni. Terlupa pulak diri sendiri camtu.
We have another house today. I hope my tummy and head would be OK. Must bring along pelestik bag dgn i...mana le tau dlm kereta dah loya2. Oh tidak ye tuan puan...kita bukan loya disebabkan oleh buatan orang. No such thing at least until habis phd ni...kalau tak kematu le by that time.

eh eh tersama pulak, but in my case, kalau sakit kepala sudah melarat ke tiga hari, baru la I pi jolok tekak sendiri.. pastu mesti lega punya, hehe
ReplyDeleteWah! You boleh tahan sampai 3 hari? Masa i kecik2 dulu if dah lama tak beybey, haaa siaplah ko! Mesti lepas tu pening nak gila. But now if i start to feel nauseous je, pergi ke toiletlah aku utk jolok2.
