It's evidence based

Bersempena dgn sekarang ni yg semuanya kena ada 'evidence based', i saja2 uploadkan gambar2 ni. Nak tulis pepanjang takde idea...lama tak update nanti adalah bbm sumbang atau fb status sumbang, kan?

Ni gambar lengan Baby X. Turun2 dari van je Little D dah jerit, 'Baby X kena gigit dengan Afni!'. Oh tidak! Bulu kat telinga i dah tegak dah....The thing with this 'Afni' ni kan, hari2 ada je complaints dari Baby X. 'Afni' cubit dia, 'Afni' this 'Afni' that. Latest tu dia...bertompok si Baby X kena kat lengan and kat perutnya pun ada - bekas kuku. Apparently this Afni has been terrorising the other kids as well. So i asked Baby X, what did you do after she has pinched you? Dia cakap dia julur keluar lidah dia, je?! I made MG speak to her teacher the next day - this kind of bullying has to stop. Guess what la...takde pun budak nama 'Afni'! Baby X pelat punya hal. Teachernya kata Asni ada, Asri ada, Nini ada but no Afni. Of courselah pak nya yg kurang sikit mesra alam kanak2 tu tak tau cara2 yg betul utk menyoal si kecik tu (dgn bongkaknya i nak cakap yg i would have fared better kut mengenangkan i ni ada background child psychology. Reason i didn't go to the kindy myself because i ni ada jugak background psychiatry..hik hik...i cepat emo, i risau bila suara dah naik 4, 5 decibel habis nanti 'Afni' i ikat2). Anyway, Baby X got flustered and refused to point out the perpetrator. Telepathically, i told MG to tell the teacher to observe sapa2lah yg dia agak si kaki bully tu so that takde anak orang lain or baby X lagi kena bully camtu (telepathic here i mean or i hope MG would have said what i would have said had i been to the kindy - tapi tak taulah laki i kan...). Agak2 kalau ada teacher kindy yg membaca this blog post (yes, you can tell which kindy uniform this is by the stripes) please be observant sikit. Lagi satu, i nak air my grouses here. Masa sibuk masalah jerebu awal bulan hari tu, i was surprised that the teachers still allow the kids to play at the playground. Little D yg extrovert ala2 class monitor tu pernah cakap kat cikgunya - teacher, mummy saya cakap sekarang jerebu, jangan main dekat playground. And that said teacher had asked her to take it up with the principal. Lepas tu serve air sirap during breaktime..aiyaaa..what is this??! Bukan ke kita patut galakkan bebudak minum air kosong or plain milk? You know with childhood obesity, diabetes on the rise...(and i'm not even talking about dental decay here). I know nurseries and kindy kat UK are very strict - ni masa study dulu and ada kengkawan yg masukkan anak ke tempat2 tu. No bottle feeding, no nuts etc. Here i am trying to cultivate good eating habits at home and the kindy is serving air sirap. Nampak sangat end of term punya message book nanti akan berjela2lah i tulis kan..

This is the picture of my forearm. Kut2 la Lurpak confuse lagi...hehe. Yg nampak cam lotion warna putih tu is actually EMLA cream - topical anaesthetic cream. Selalunya bebudak yg nak kena cucuk je yg kita tepek EMLA (that was my practise in the UK. Sini tak kut). I had some blood tests done last week..why have i got EMLA cream? Saja! Because i can order2 my nurse for it. Tapi kalau buat kat tempat lain jangan ngada2 ye nak mintak EMLA, lempang je dapatnya nanti. Results belum ambik lagi. Nak pi belasah lamb mandy and durian dulu (yes, yes...makan busat sebelum Ramadhan).

And of course, last but not least...9 days post-kutilectomy (sila jangan google terminology ni because ia cuma wujud dlm dictionary CK). The scabs fell out beginning of day 4. Ni wajah tanpa mekap bagai ye, cuma moisturiser je. Tinggal bintik2 gelap je. OK lah kut..kan? Rasa2 cam nak pi buat sebelah muka yg satu lagi. Dari masa i sekolah lagi, muka i dah naik bintik2 tu. Now ni lepas mengandung and umur meningkat, they come out in droves. Berpuluh tahun i tunggu masa nak buang bijik2 tu - summing up my courage to go for laser and such. Pas tu came across this method yg no laser, no surgery, cuma application of extract biji gajus. So taraaa...! Satu lagi yg i teringin nak buat is lasik to the eyes. 3 years ago i went to 0ptimax for consultation. No can do katanya because power tinggi, cornea nipis (something like that lah). Then i heard from my friend whose client is the eye-lasik guru herself (yg masuk tv tu)..apparently according to the eye-guru, everyone can have it done..i don't know how true this is but i shall..soon..kena penuhkan my coffer dulu because she is at PrinceCourt and also tunggu habis PhD - kang dibuatnya i tak nampak terus, sapa nak tulis thesis i ni??

Wow! Menceceh also can be this long...but cuba try menceceh kat thesis tu..duk stare lelama keluar satu paragraph je!
