Cereka yang tidak berirama

I have not watched cerekerama for a long time or any malay drama swasta for that matter. My last was NoraElena. Itupun because ArunAjis was super romantic in his role which made think he was from a parallel universe somewhere. I have no patience for Malay drama, especially the ones they show during Eid. I mean like take Christmas movies for instance. It's mostly about love, romance, forgive and forget or orang jahat kena pukul dgn budak kecik. But the ones especially made for Eid? Mesti ada yg mati, buta mata, rumah macam nak roboh, kena halau dgn anak.....Anyway, i did manage to sit through one last Saturday night, since Opah was watching it. Then at the end of the movie i felt like killing myself all over again because i just remembered why i stopped watching in the first place.

Antara faktor2nya:

1. Too many of adegan keluar masuk kereta. In that cerekerama itself tayang taxi lebih kurang 3X, Myvi no less than 2x, sama jugak with Nissan Vanetta, ok once Merc.

2. Why the makciks bothered to wear cekup rambut at home. Surely at night time they are not expecting any visitors? Tak belengaih ka kulit kapla makcik?

3. Adegan makan nasik with banyak lauk pauk even for dinner...made me damn hungry! Sigh..

4. Sudah jatuh ditimpa tangga...banyak kali! The perempuan jahat dahla dapat kanser usus, husband mati accident, she's had to wear a neck brace and kaki tempang. It's like karma is really not on her side.

5. The guy. The woman's adik was obviously throwing herself at his feet. He must be blind or stupid not to have noticed her affections. No, he swore he didn't realise it. Mak pak pinangkan the kakak for him but he's allright about it because as he said to his friend, adik or kakak dua2 pun cantik. Lelaki Jalang!

6. The fiancee who was played by Ej@, is pretty but has a mimik muka of someone who is persistently sembelit. Ok la..her fiancee kawin lari with the adik but must she? I missed the part where she was involved in an accident. But she came out as one-eyed-Jack with half of her face scarred macam lepas kena simbah acid or burnt. But no, Opah said it was a MVA. I think the makeup artist over laaa..sudah jadi macam si Buruk dari Gua Hantu.

7. Makcik2 and akak2 were orang kampung and kerja kebun. But they have well sculpted eye brows...aiyaiyaii...tidak menghayati watak betul! Sib baik bukan Cik Ita Cik Wan..if not we would have seen eye lashes that could sweep the floor.

8. Makcik and kakak balik from Mecca but there was no one waiting for them at home..seriously? Bukankah at least jiran tetangga would wait? Selain dari dapat berkat, dapat ole2 gelang plastik warna merah tu at least.

9. Ok...this one is maha bangang. Adik yg perangai baik sikit dari AlexisCarrington tu mati elok2 mak and kakaknya sampai rumah from Mecca. Sebelum menghembuskan nafas terakhir, she managed to tell her sis to read her letter/wasiat. In the letter, she must have mentioned that she'd like to donate her mata/kornea whatever to her sister in the event of her death. Kononnya to make up for all wrongdoings. Errr.. thing is, she died at home. Bukankah kalau nak donate organ, transplant team patut dah standby and its done a.s.a.p in the hospital? And not bila the donor dah jadi mayat kan? At the end of the movie, they showed that Ej@ was no longer a one-eyed-Jackie. I just wish the director or whoever in charge of the story line could have learned a thing or two from Grey's Anatomy at least.

Yes, I felt stupid.
