Mars and Venus

I am supposed to be on leave today but why the heck i'm at the office kan? Actually, leave dah plan dari dulu, ura2Siti nak balik hari ni..tup tup weekend hari tu dah dia mintak nak balik hence i didn't cancel pun this leave and terasa nak bangun tido lambat pagi tadi. Lagipun akhir2 bulan ni $$$ takde, so nak mengukur kaki lima pun terasa malas. Yes, i can zap zap but this year i have been quite good, no money no use of credit card.

Anyway, i was invited to another dept's lunch do at this hotel that i tak reti how to get there. So, i pun 'mengoratlah' this guy from that dept, cadang nak pergi sama dia and tengok2 dia yg offer pun sebelum i bukak mulut. Pas tu tunggu tunggu sampai kat pukul 1 dia tak call2 lagi, bila i call tengok2 he was already at the hotel and had the cheek to answer my call with his mouth full! Ces! I asked him, hello, kata nak pegi sama, awat tinggalkan i. To wish he answered, i cari you, your staff kata you cuti (tapi sempat dia add but i saw your room ada lampu - meaning i kat dalam bilik la ni tengah prepare baby X's breakfast for tomorrow)...i said, why can't you call me (my voice was starting to get shrilly by this time). Then he said, you la yg patut cari i. Nevermind, get here and we'll talk it over.

(Talk it over?? Pi raa mabuk). Then i asked him, how to get there? Just follow the monorail line he said. Amboi! Banyak cantik! Dia ingat i bawak kuda ke boleh main redah buat u turn mana2 ikut suka. Obviously, suara dah naik lagi 2,3 decibel....and this guy for the life of him couldn't understand why i was pissed off. Seriously la kan...men! They are all the same, laki u ke, tak laki u ke...when we talk, they immediately go into selective hearing mode. Pas tu when we get annoyed, they can't understand why you are angry and in the end you jugak yg akan rasa macam pompuan gila yg meghoyan.

Anyway, rather than taking the monorail (not just ikut jalan monorail), i decided to drive and isikan my car with other Cik Kiahs yg tercicir gak. Yes, we got there allright. But time nak balik we somehow got ourselves di celah-celah back alley bukit bintang. One of the Cik Kiahs asked me, agaknya ni la red light district BB ye...mana le i tau...it's not as if i pernah ber'locum' kat situ, kan Hajah Esah???? An hour later, barulah we all sampai ke office semula.

It's raining cats and dogs out there, so camna nak balik rumah?? Walaupun on leave kononnya ni, aku jugak yg balik lambat..
